All riders must be 16 years of age and are required to wear a helmet by law in the Province of Ontario.

All bikes can be  picked up in Combermere or Barry’s Bay. Meeting location will be determined at time of rental.

Delivery and pick-up in the Ottawa Valley area is available for an additional fee. Advance notice is required.

We guarantee our bike reservations. Rental reservations are non-refundable because your bike is guaranteed. 100% of your reservation fee is due when your reservation is confirmed.

eBikes may not fit all bike racks. eBikes are heavy (~40lbs) and exceed the weight limits of many racks. This is an important reason for us offering delivery. If you plan on transport the ebikes using a bike carrier, please ensure the ebikes do not exceed the bike carriers limits.

Late rental returns are subject to fees.

The ebike must be returned clean and UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. All equipment is provided AS IS, in good condition, and the customer accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession. Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at the Ottawa Valley Tour’s discretion and customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, seats or other parts from misuse and/or crashes. Note: All ebikes should be returned clean of mud and debris. Any ebike not returned clean will be assessed a 1 hour additional fee.
